Hi,
I have a relative who is trying to obtain an F1 visa from Dubai where he works as a script writer. He is trying to go to the US to study broadcasting and get only an associate degree so it can help him in his career..so I have few questions:
1- Will it be helpful and can he mention in his interview at the US embassy that he will be writing scripts to his company(which he gets paid for) while being in the US?
2- Does he need an f1 visa if he tries to apply to a vocational school? or does he need another type of visa for the vocational school?

Multiple H1 Stamping
Hi guys
I have a query; I had applied for H1 visa (2007 � 2008) from 2 places
One from my current working company and another from consultancy firm in US. I got through the lottery from both the places. I have done my stamping for the visa from consulting firm.
Now my question is will I be allowed to go for stamping again :rolleyes:. What are my options now if I want my visa stamped from my current working company :confused:.

There is no relation between your first FP and FIrst EAD.
Your EAD card will come the message ' FP not available."
Sequence is fine...you should get your card in mail anytime now.

I filed for my wife's 485 on July 2nd. Assuming USCIS accepts/issues a receipt, how does USCIS decide which case to pick up first, would it be based on RD OR would the case get priority over other cases since the primary applicant has been approved? Any memos, opinions around this?

Here is my situation, I will file for I-485 on July 1st.....but on July 21 I have to leave U.S....and my question is:
Can you leave the country as soon as you filed for I-485? or you have to wait for I-485 reciept?...I know it's mandatory to stay in U.S at the time of filing for I-485.....And is it true that after you file for I-485 you can leave U.S without any problems?
Please advise me.

Hi,
Currently I am working for employer A on H1B. I have applied for I-485 and have EAD. I have one permanent opprtunity from a consulting firms B. Compnay B is asking me to join on EAD. But threir current client is in Canada. So compnay B want me to travel to Canada, every week, retun back to US in week end. Can I do this while working on EAD. I am just worried wether it will cause any problem. They told that that is the reason they do not want to do H1B.

Most of the shots given are booster shots. Two MMR shots?
Varicella needs to be taken twice at 1 month intervals, however most doctors sign and seal the package when you take the first varicella shot and then ask you to come back one month later and take the 2nd shot, if not, you can insist the doctor to do so.
Needed shots are MMR, TD and Varicella, all others are Age unappropriate for us(atleast the applicants and spouses).

Well this came out of nowhere. Last night the Senate passed an emergency border enforcement bill that provides $600 million for increased security on the southern US border. The $600 million will come from raising fees on staffing companies. The fee will increase by $2250 for each L-1 visa application for companies that employ 50 or more workers if 50% of the workforce is on an H-1B or an L-1. Just go to "edit photo" and you should be able to copy an image from an album to the monthly challenge.
How do I post to the monthly contest and keep the pictures in my albums? If I copy the images it posts them again in the "today's photos". Is there a way to post to just your album without them going to "today's photos"?
